Happy Halloween! Today, I'm sharing with you my jazzed up Halloween treats that I'll be handing out to our trick-or-treaters :). I found an assortment of wrapped candy that fits in our 1" x 8" cellophane bags. I loaded the bags up and added a fun two-sided topper.
